Ian Wen
An experienced Hong Kong solicitor trained at leading international law firms, with expertise in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, and cross-border corporate finance. Founder of Soteria Capital, a Hong Kong SFC-licensed Type 4 and 9 asset management firm focused on emerging markets and alternative investments. Holds a BA from Columbia University, LL.B. from London University, and LL.M. in Chinese Law from Peking University.
Liew Yih Su
Founder of BOA Alphaline Group Limited and its BVI FSC-approved investment manager, BOA Alphaline Investment Limited. He also serves as Resident Director of Alphaline Trust Limited, a Labuan FSA-regulated managed trust company, and Chief Investment Officer of BOA Monteal Investment Limited. With experience spanning private equity, Pre-IPO investments, and digital assets since 2016, holding a Bachelor of Corporate Administration (Hons) from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College.
Kewic Ng
Co-Founder of BOA Alphaline Group Limited, Chief Financial Officer of EST Alpha Plus Fund Limited, and Director of Alphaline Trust Limited. Active in traditional and digital asset markets since 2016, Kewic has trained over 10,000 students across Southeast Asia as a Certified Digital Asset Educator. Holds a Bachelor of Accounting (Hons) from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College and was featured in Malaysia's 2023 biographical encyclopedia by British Publishing House Ltd.
Robin Chan
Former Head of Business Management for ANZ's North Asia Wealth division and Business Manager for UBS AG Asia Pacific. As Desk Head of the Hong Kong Wealth Management team, he managed HNW clients with AUM exceeding CHF 1.2 billion. Holds an MBA and BSc from the University of Toronto and is a Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) from the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
Austin Yew
Brings over 20 years of experience across financial services, wealth management, and investment-related sectors, with extensive exposure to high-net-worth and institutional clients. As Executive Director, Austin leads the Group's strategic growth and institutional business development while overseeing operational management. He is Co-Founder of a private investment and advisory platform, with expertise spanning trust structures, private equity, Pre-IPO investments, and asset management.
Vivien Soo
Holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Canada, with a geographical focus on investor relations across Hong Kong, China, and Malaysia. She brings deep understanding of regional market dynamics and cross-border financial networks. Previously served as Executive Secretary overseeing the re-establishment of Bank of China's Kuala Lumpur branch, and has held senior management roles across several listed companies.
Felicia Yap
Brings over 10 years of experience in corporate strategy advisory and international networking. Her expertise is recognised through active membership in the Association of Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (ACCIM) and The Malaysia Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong & Macau (MCCHKM), reflecting proficiency in cross-border business development and regional market engagement across Southeast Asia and Greater China.
Jasper Chiang
Former private banking and investment advisory professional at OCBC Bank and Maybank, two of Southeast Asia’s leading financial institutions, where he specialized in structured products and portfolio strategy for high-net-worth clients. Active in digital assets since 2017, Jasper is an early participant and contributor to leading protocols including Arbitrum, Hyperliquid, Ethena, EtherFi, and Starknet, and has been involved in the NFT market since the early Bored Ape Yacht Club era. He has advised multiple Web3 startups across Asia, and as Co-Founder of Alpha Paragrine Venture Ltd, bridges traditional finance and Web3 through hands-on investing across the digital asset space.
