IAN WEN

Ian Wen is the Chairman of BOA Financial Group and a board director of Bank of Asia (BVI). He is also the founder of Soteria Capital, a Hong Kong Securities Futures Commission (SFC) licensed Type 4 and 9 asset management firm managed by veterans in investment, private equity, Fintech and legal industries, with a focus on emerging markets with high growth potential. One of team members of Soteria Capital is the honourable H.R.H. Prince Norodom Narithipong of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Ian is an experienced Hong Kong solicitor with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Columbia University, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from London University, and a Master of Laws (LL.M. in Chinese Law) from Peking University. As the leader of the Group’s FinTech business and BOA Innovation Lab, Ian has spearheaded several groundbreaking initiatives including founding BOAX NFT Marketplace, a pioneering Non-Fungible Tokens launchpad and metaverse consultation platform for NFTs which won the “Metaverse Pioneer Award 2022” and “Global Outstanding Young Leader Award 2022” from Yazhou Zhoukan (亚洲周刊). With his extensive legal background and financial expertise, Ian has made significant contributions to the financial industry, articularly in the areas of FinTech and blockchain.

LIEW YIH SU

Liew Yih Su is an accomplished CEO with extensive experience in Pre-IPO and private placements in the private equity market, particularly with companies listed on US Stock Exchanges. In 2016, Mr. Liew embraced the cryptocurrency sector and founded Cardinal Alpha, a consultancy specializing in crypto capital portfolio advisory. He also co-founded BOA Monteal Investment Limited, serving as its Chief Investment Officer. His role as a certified coach and speaker at the DavidJustin Blockchain Academy underscores his expertise in blockchain technology. Mr. Liew holds a Bachelor of Corporate Administration (Hons) from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College. With his comprehensive qualifications and deep industry knowledge, Mr. Liew has significantly contributed to the financial sector, especially in private equity and cryptocurrency asset management.

KEWIC NG

Kewic Ng demonstrates profound expertise in the financial sector, leveraging his extensive experience in financial accounting and his involvement in the private equity market. His illustrious career commenced with a collaboration with a licensed financial institution specializing in the US Stock Exchange listings before transitioning into the digital assets industry. Kewic is a co-founder of Cardinal Alpha, a firm that offers advisory services for crypto capital portfolios and he currently serves on the investment committee of BOA Monteal Investment Limited. Additionally, he is a certified trading mentor at the DavidJustin Blockchain Academy, where he has imparted his knowledge to over 10,000 students worldwide in crypto trading, with a notable emphasis on Southeast Asia. Kewic earned a Bachelor of Accounting (Hons) from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College. Kewic’s diverse skill set and rich experience have significantly propelled advancements in the realms of traditional finance and cryptocurrency asset management. His contributions have not gone unnoticed, as he has been recognized as one of Malaysia’s successful people in the 2023 5th Edition of the biographical encyclopedia, published by British Publishing House Ltd.

ANDY YIU

Andy Yiu has served as the Chief Investment Officer of FM Investment Group and as an Investment Director of a HKEX Main Board listed company of a Fortune Global 500 conglomerate, with a remarkable track record of HKD 11 billion worth of corporate finance and cross-border investment transactions. Andy is also a Certified Public Accountant, with a Master of Science (Financial Analysis) degree and a Bachelor of Arts (English Studies) degree. He is also a Certified ESG Analyst accredited by the European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies (EFFAS), which demonstrates his expertise in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors.

ROBIN CHAN

Robin Chan has a wealth of experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining BOA Financial Group as the Head of Business, he served as the Head of Business Management for Australia & New Zealand Bank’s (ANZ) North Asia’s Wealth business. Before ANZ, Robin was the Business Manager for UBS AG Asia Pacific and the Desk Head for the Hong Kong Wealth Management team, where he managed a portfolio of HNW clients and a team of RMs with AUM of over CHF1.2b. Robin received his Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto. Additionally, he is also a Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) from the Global Association of Risk Professionals, which demonstrates his expertise in managing financial risks.

VIVIEN SOO

Vivien Soo obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Canada. She has a geographical focus on investor relations in Hong Kong, China, and Malaysia, which enables her to develop a deep understanding of the market dynamics and unique business practices of these regions, eventually build up a strong network within the financial industry. Vivien has previously served as an Executive Secretary in charge of re-establishing the KL branch for Bank of China, demonstrating her expertise in leadership and management. Additionally, she has held senior management roles in several listed companies, highlighting her extensive experience in the financial industry.

AUSTIN YEW

Austin Yew oversees all finance and accounting operations with a mission to enhance the company’s value. Austin’s carrier in the finance industry spans more than ten years, with vast experience in company-wide operations management and accounting. He also serves as the co-founder of Fives Stones Inc. Ltd. And is well-versed in trust investment, asset management, Private equity, Pre-IPO and IPO.
