BVI FSC Licensed Investment Manager
BOA Alphaline Investment Limited is licensed by the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (BVI FSC) as an Approved Investment Manager (Licence No. IBR/AIM/23/0907), issued on 11 May 2023.
The firm operates within a regulated investment management framework supported by independent fund administration, external legal counsel, audit oversight, and established governance practices. We work with professional clients, family offices, and institutional counterparties who value professionalism, transparency, and institutional standards.

Anti-Money Laundering & KYC
BOA Alphaline maintains comprehensive anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorist financing (CTF), and know-your-customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and international standards, including FATF recommendations for virtual asset service providers. All clients and counterparties are subject to risk-based due diligence and ongoing monitoring prior to and following onboarding. The firm maintains VASP counterparty due diligence procedures for digital asset exchange relationships and applies enhanced due diligence measures where applicable.
